Exercise On Monday

It is Monday and yes, we added an exercise time to our schedule!!! We will now begin a 15 minute exercise block to our schedule twice a week.  If we really love it, we may even add this to all four days.  As you know, research has proven that any physical activity boosts brain activity, so we are doing our best to get our brain "moving and grooving."  As we get more settled in our routine, your child may want to demonstrate some of our cardiovascular and brain workout moves; don't be afraid to try it...you may find it that it can help get you moving too!
