It was a green day for our preschool! We celebrated St. Patrick's Day early because the real holiday falls on Sunday. We all looked festive in our green and were energized after enjoying our tasty green snack.
A friend in our class shared this cute teddy bear that sings..."when Irish eyes are smiling..." and these fun Irish potato candy treats.
We also made this rainbow necklace from cereal to help us practice our counting and lacing skills. Then we went on our leprechaun hunt. Whew! it was fun, but hard work. We had to follow these clues and do our best to find that pot of gold.
But....we stayed the course and found that rainbow. Here it is below. There was even a pot of gold full of treats for each one of us.
I couldn't end this post without sharing some cute little leprechauns of our own. I love these faces.
