As always we love Thursdays in our class. It is a time to pull everything together. Today was the culmination of our "all about me" week. We celebrated God's love of all children by reading a great book by Mem Fox called Whoever You Are. It is always so much fun to see the children celebrate their differences and develop friendships in God's love.
We also completed an art project making "me"paper dolls. The children selected clothing, yarn hair, and decorated their own little paper doll. During circle time the children used their keen observation skills to guess the identity of each little doll. Their accuracy is amazing. Here are just a few. Can you guess who they are? We will have these displayed outside of our classroom with some clues. Take some time to come and find your child's work - you will be very proud.
