Well again - if your children told you that we have a monkey in our classroom, they are telling the truth. Just like the cookie jar that picks the helper, Princess is our resident monkey. On Thursday we suggested names and took a vote. (Democracy simplified by standing up, being counted and being dismissed to the restroom. It was the only way to help the children understand that they could only vote one time.) There were suggestions for "Mr. Bananas," "Peachy" & "Princess." It was a close race - but Princess won. Princess lives in our classroom and comes out to help with our learning. The boys and girls love this special friend and I do to. She came to us from a dear friend at my home church. Thank you very much for this wonderful donation Mrs. Cora.

Meet Princess
