Today was our first ever "crazy hat day." It was fun to see the children with silly hats. It was also interesting to see that some children felt shy about wearing a hat. (I never would have guessed this.) I am not going to lie to anyone reading this blog - I totally gave up on the idea of a group photo today. Our classroom was full of wiggles and energy - so I took the individuals instead. They are so cute. Of course at the end of the day - everyone wanted to get in on the fun - so stay tuned for a fun photo project.
The picture above was taken just as directed by our cow girl. The hat below was described as only a "part of the day" hat because it might fall off.
