Mother Goose welcomed 2019 with our very first story time play!!! She is such an amazing story teller and you can see from the way that we were all sitting, we pretty much hung on every word. (And yes... we knew the story... but she just told it in such a way that it was all brand new.)
After we heard the story, she directed a play... starring friends from both four year old classes. These two precious pigs were from our class. Our young lady played the part of the pig that built her house out of straw... And our young man played the part of the pig that built his house out of sticks.
Mother Goose, besides being a gifted story teller, is also an amazing director. She got the play rolling and the audience laughed as our friends did their best work on stage.
Here are our two pigs being threatened by the big, bad wolf.....(don't they look more precious that scared.)
It was an awesome story time with Mother Goose and what a wonderful way to revisit a fairy tale classic. Thank you Mother Goose for visiting us today!
