Rainy Monday

On a rainy Monday, we started to really learn about Thanksgiving.  The Native Americans were here and the Pilgrims were on their way.  So to make our rainy day a little more interesting, we took a few minutes to walk over to the Sanctuary and talk about what it means to worship.  The Pilgrims were so brave to make this long journey and it is so hard to really comprehend the sacrifices they made to get here to have the freedom to worship God.  So we looked around the Sanctuary and at the Baptismal font.  Then we came back to our room to make our Native American necklaces and continued to work on our feast preparations.  #beherebeforeyouknowit
