Waiting....

 Waiting...waiting...waiting... the hardest part of Christmas.  We know that Santa is the most exciting thing... but below you see Mary & Joseph... the real reason we celebrate Christmas.  In our classroom, we learned that Santa is Baby Jesus' number 1 best helper... So we have these two things to help us count down the time until both wonderful things happen.  Your child can trim one line per day from Santa's beard to remind us that Christmas is almost here.. and Mary & Joseph can remind us that there is no manger with baby Jesus... because He's the best gift at Christmas.  Waiting... it's so hard for all of us to do!!!
