Candy Sushi?

Since it is our week to celebrate "A Taste of Japan," we decided that it might be a good idea to "ease" the children into the concept of sushi by preparing some candy sushi.  And you guessed correctly - they really liked it.  We looked at how it was made with the fruit roll up for the wrapper and the "kix krispy treat" for the filling and decided that the "sushi thing" might not be so bad....  So if your child told you that we made candy sushi, they totally told the truth.
