"Take Me To Your Reader"

 

 

Only our second week of school and we are practicing reading skills.  Yes we are working hard on coloring and looking at picture clues to help us to read.  These little books will find their way home in folders and your child will be so excited to show you that they can read to you.  If they tell you that Mrs. Laura says "reading makes your brain grow" they are telling you the absolute truth.  We are already experts at identifying parts of the book and are working hard to remember what the author and illustrator do.  I think I should make a sign for our door that says "CAUTION - READERS AT WORK!!!"
