Sleeping Elves

This is my "very favorite" Christmas ornament!  I started making these many years ago and never get tired of looking at the pictures of the children!  When I take them to take their picture, I ask them to think about something they might dream of at Santa's Workshop and they always turn out so well.  Some of us are laughing, or peeking, or just sleeping peacefully.  I hope that you enjoy them as much as we do making them.  (As a side note, when I take these pictures, the children line up in the hall and wait to take their turn.  Mrs. Laurie stands in the door to guide them along, but no matter what we do, giggles fill the hall!  They love pretending to sleep at school and wear "Santa's Magic Sleeping Hat.")
