Did you find your little manger in your child's bag? Today is December 1 and the first verse to be placed in the manger as our count down to Christmas begins. Our verse for today is from 1 Kings 8:20 - The Lord has done what he promised. Take a minute to read this with your child and share a hug for the love that God gave your family. Advent means waiting and we will talk in class about how we can use this time to get our hearts ready for baby Jesus at Christmas.
