Do we like pumpkin bread?  That was the $64,000 question.... so we took a trip to the gym and whipped a batch up.  The children were not exactly thrilled with the color, smell and consistency of the pumpkin.... but after it was all said and done...we put these two baking dishes in the oven and waited to see how this whole experiment would turn out....

So ... I missed the taste test pictures because it was a serious success!!!  This tasty recipe was a winner for the boys and girls in our classroom.  Pumpkin bread?  We LOVE you.
