Cinco De Mayo

It is Cinco de Mayo!!!!!  (Hard to believe that is May 5, 2014, but here it is.)  Mrs. Rachel helped us celebrate today by showing us how to make tortillas.  She mixed up the ingredients and then set us to work patting and rolling.  Who knew that we could help make such a yummy snack?  They were "muy delicioso."  Thank you so much Mrs. Rachel for teaching us about this fun holiday! (I took a picture of the flour we used today.  For those who are interested it was really very easy and I even did them at home.  They are especially good when they are warm and just off the griddle.)
