A Taste Of Japan

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 It was our Taste of Japan with Bonnie San... and yes we made sushi!!!  Not everybody was brave enough to taste it.... BUT everybody did help make it.  This is a day that is always full of anticipation because most of our boys and girls have never even heard of sushi, much less tasted it.  Many thanks to Bonnie San for making this possible.  Arrigato!!!

Hooray, Hooray!!!! It was our 100th day!!!!  We are so much smarter and bigger than that first day of school way back in August!  Here we are showing our very best 100th day smiles!  (And no..... this is not our last day of school as many in our class asked..... we just keep on counting until graduation day arrives.)

 Even with all of the pollen... our weather and playground have been so inviting!!!!  We have been totally thankful for the warmer days and God's blessing of sunshine! There is lots of running and playing and LOTS of friendship!

Fun With Nursery Rhymes

 

 

 

 

When we celebrated Dr. Seuss Day, we also had some fun with nursery rhymes!!!  We practiced reading them and acting them out and even had fun with some art projects to help us remember them at home.  Sometimes those nursery rhymes don't always make sense but they sure are funny!! And to end our week we helped a friend feel better by making a card from our class!!! (Remember.... We are Bucket Fillers!!!)

Dr. Seuss Day is always so silly....with all of those nonsense rhyming words who doesn't love to read!!!!  We had lots of fun with his books and even made up one of our own... about a wocket in our own pocket!  We Love You Dr. Seuss!

We are always so eager to learn and do our best!!!  Many days lately have been busy with learning but lots of days when all of our friends have made it to the "stars."  Kindergarten will be a blast for these smart cookies!
